Welding
The company equipped with high-class EWM semi-automatic welding machines, type Phoenix 451 Progress plus MM FGM 4X HP with adjustable welding current from 5 A÷450 A and the possibility of welding unalloyed steel, stainless steel and aluminium.
The listed equipement constitutes 100% of our welding base.
Welders operating semi-automatic welding machines have high qualifications issued by the Welding Institute in Gliwice, entitling them to perform fillet joints, sheets and pipes as well as butt joints of sheets and pipes in accordance with the PN-EN-ISO9606-1 standard. All welding works are carried out according to PN-EN-ISO 3834-2 and PN-EN 1090-1 and 2.
Fusion welding
The company has the ability to spot weld unalloyed steels up to 4mm thick and stainless steels up to 2mm thick with a PF 136/630 PX 1700 PRO welder.
The welder is equipped with an elongated arm with the possibility of welding to a depth of 630 mm.
